Our inspired interpretation of a modern Asian bistro. Our chefs focus on seasonal ingredients and contemporary techniques to create new savory dishes and update island favorites. An Oahu native, Ed grew up around traditional Korean food. During high school, he worked at his mother’s Korean restaurant where he learned the ins and outs of running a restaurant. While attending college, he kept his focus on the culinary arts and spent most of his time working at different restaurants and learning from various chefs. His passion has lead him to positions at Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa and Four Seasons, Koolina.

Ed is proud to bring locals his interpretation of island favorites.

Our mezzanine can accommodate 20+ guests. We kindly ask for our customers to contact us for reservations.

VIEW DETAILS
  • Time limit is 3 hours.
  • Reservations are for parties of 10 or more.
  • If you have less than 15 in your party you may end up sharing the mezzanine with another party. It is big enough to split and share.
  • Parties of 20 or more will be able to reserve the whole mezzanine with a $100 fee. Fee is to be paid at time of reservation booking.
  • You may pre order food through email so the food will be out on time.
  • No outside food or liquor. (bday cakes are ok)
  • We will confirm reservations on the day of.
